“Every Calling Is Marked By A Season of Insignificance”

This sentence comes from a book I’m reading and really enjoying: The Art of Work: A Proven Path to Discovering What You Were Meant To Do by Jeff Goins.

He says the same thing again a different way: “We all face times of irrelevance; of falling on our faces and thinking we have no business doing any of this.”

The author believes everyone has a calling, and it is hard work to figure it out. It takes time and commitment.

“Sucessful people and organizations don’t succeed in spite of failure; they succeed because of it.”

“When we feel farthest from our purpose, we are actually already on the path, headed in the right direction”.

Food for thought.
